This cancellation policy is established in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and applies to purchases made through this website.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product by written notice to chengschimmelbook@gmail.com.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the purchase price or 100₪ – whichever is lower.
The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping, unless the product is defective or not as described. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
Eligible populations (persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants) are entitled to cancel the transaction within four months of receiving the product, in accordance with Israeli law.
